OJA
About OJA
OJA is a personalised Ayurvedic wellness brand built around helping people understand their bodies and choose wellness solutions that fit their individual needs.
For OJA, the product page had to do more than showcase a product. It needed to communicate what the product does, why it works, and why customers can trust it - all within a simple, intuitive experience.
The Problem
The existing PDP(Product Display Page) wasn't communicating the brand or product as effectively as it could. The messaging lacked clarity, the visual language wasn't aligned with OJA's positioning, and there weren't enough trust-building elements to confidently guide users towards purchase.
→ Unclear Messaging: The product's benefits, purpose and differentiation weren't being communicated clearly enough.
→ Weak Visual Direction: The existing brand colours and visual treatment weren't creating the premium, trustworthy feel expected from a modern Ayurvedic wellness brand.
→ Limited Trust Building: Customers needed stronger proof, credibility and reassurance before making a wellness purchase.
→ A+ Content Opportunity: The existing product communication had room to better educate users and communicate the value of the product.
→ Conversion Friction: The page needed to answer key customer questions earlier in the journey and make the path to purchase more intuitive.

Our Approach
We approached the PDP(Product Display Page) as a conversion journey rather than just a product page.
→ Clarity First: Reworked the messaging to make the product, its benefits, ingredients and purpose easier to understand.
→ A Stronger Visual Language: Refined the use of colours, typography and layouts to create a more premium, modern and trustworthy OJA experience.
→ Trust at Every Step: Integrated reviews, product benefits, ingredient information and supporting proof points to reduce purchase hesitation.
→ Education Meets Conversion: Used A+ content and strategic storytelling to explain not just what OJA does, but why it works.
→ Personalised Wellness: Made OJA's personalised Ayurvedic approach a central part of the product story, making the experience feel more relevant to the individual.
→ Designed for Action: Structured product selection, CTAs and purchase-focused sections to naturally move users from understanding to action.

Challenges We Faced
Designing for wellness comes with a unique challenge - customers need both information and reassurance.
We had to balance detailed product education with a clean interface, ensuring the PDP(Product Display Page) didn't become text-heavy or complicated.
The experience also needed to communicate OJA's Ayurvedic roots while maintaining a modern, premium and trustworthy visual language.
Most importantly, every design decision had to work towards one goal: making the customer feel informed enough to trust the product and confident enough to purchase it.

The Results
The redesign wasn't just a visual improvement - it directly impacted conversion.
128% Increase in Conversion
After implementing the redesigned PDP(Product Display Page), OJA saw a 128% increase in conversion, demonstrating the impact of combining strategic UX, clearer messaging, stronger A+ content and trust-led design.
→ 128% conversion uplift

→ Stronger and more focused product messaging
→ More effective A+ content and product education
→ Stronger communication of product benefits
→ More visible trust and credibility elements
→ A more relevant and premium visual language
→ A cleaner, more intuitive user experience
→ A PDP(Product Display Page) designed around both education and conversion

Conclusion
For OJA, the PDP(Product Display Page) became more than a place to buy a product.
It became a space where customers could understand their wellness needs, discover the thinking behind the product and feel confident about making a purchase.
The 128% conversion uplift proved that when design removes friction, clarifies the message and builds trust, it doesn't just make a product page look better - it makes the business perform better.
Because when you're selling wellness, conversion doesn't begin with a CTA.
It begins with trust.
